We had a really nice meal here during our visit to Vrångö. The fish & chips were fresh, crispy, and full of flavor — exactly what you’d hope for by the sea. The seafood box was definitely the most unique part of the experience, with a wide variety of seafood to try. We would have enjoyed it even more if it had been served warm rather than ice cold, but the freshness and variety still made it memorable. Overall, the food, the setting, and the atmosphere made this a great stop on the island, and it added something special to our day.

The only seafood tavern open on the island, but the visit was worth it! Fresh fish, a Christmas atmosphere, and a view of the wild landscape of the Gothenburg archipelago!

Really good fish&chips here in terms of both the portion and the taste. The beer recommended by the service was spot on!

Tugged on the edge of the island, the restaurant serves fresh seafood with a nice view of the port. The staff are very friendly and the service was good. They have a small menu based on the month and a decent size of drinks choice. It was a hard decision to choose between fish&chips and smoked salmon, but I went for salmon...and it was fabulous. Perfectly smoked and the nice potato gratin with a couple of mussels to try is the best combination. The price to quality ratio is also very good and you would not get disappointed by any of their dishes.

The food here is absolutely fantastic, the fish was cooked perfectly and tasted really fresh. The portion sizes were good too, and reasonable prices – around £15 per person for our main meal and a drink. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly as I don't speak much Swedish. Would definitely eat here again!

Nice place to visit for a luncheon after a short, picturesque walk from the ferry on this small island. No table service: Order at the window, take to your seat and bus your own table. Good fish and chips. They had a small (loud) indoor seating area and more seats outside under tiny umbrellas, with picnic tables.
